Therasage TheraPro

PEMF Mat

Therasage TheraPro PEMF mat
What it does

One mat, three therapies: PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic fields), full-spectrum infrared heat, and red light. Gentle low-frequency pulses give the body a nudge to heal, calm down, or reset — reducing pain and inflammation, boosting circulation, and improving sleep.

How to explain it to a guest

“You lie on the mat while gentle healing waves work on your body — helping reduce stress, inflammation, and pain.”

What’s the guest’s goal?
Recommended: P9

The best default. A rotating mix of every frequency, changing every 1–2 seconds — a little of all the benefits.

Running a session
1Guest lies down fully clothed — no need to change.
2Choose a setting P1–P9 based on their goal. If unsure, start with P1 or P9.
3Each PEMF setting runs a 30-minute cycle. A full session is 20–40 minutes.
4Infrared heat: keep between 110–130°F — warm and cozy, never uncomfortable.
5Offer water afterward — heat and PEMF get lymph and fluids moving.
Quick tips
•Safe to use daily — many guests love it before sleep.
•The red light runs on its own timer, independent of PEMF.
•You can restart the 30-minute PEMF cycle anytime.
